Returns policy
REFUND POLICY
- We offer refunds if item is returned back to us within 14 days of you receiving your order. We will not accept any returns sent back after this time frame.
- To be eligible for a refund, item must be unworn with all original tags/labels attached and within the returns time frame.
- Any items marked with makeup, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund.
- Please attach completed order form when returning an item or we will not be able to process a refund as we will not know who the item has come from.
- Once we receive your return your refund will be PROCESSED within 14 working days and will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Refunds take 3-5 working days to show in your account AFTER being processed. You will receive a email once it has been processed and this does not mean that the money will be in your account straight away- as stated this takes 3-5 working days depending on your method of payment.
- When returning an item to us, you DO NOT receive an email to say that we have received it. You can track this yourself with the tracking number you receive from Royal Mail when posting your return. So there is no need to email us to confirm we have the return.
- When your refund has been processed you WILL be notified by email.
- PLEASE refrain from emailing chasing refunds unless this time scale has been exceeded.
- Mels Boutique has the rights to reject any items we think have been worn or damaged or returned out of the stated time frame.
- We do not cover returns postage fee.
- Sale items are NON REFUNDABLE only credit note.
- We do not offer exchanges.
